The Raagen ISO 831 test fixture is designed to meet the standards outlined in ISO 813 for measuring the adhesive strength of rubber to rigid materials at a 90-degree peel angle.
The ISO 813 test fixture is specifically used for testing rubber adhesion to metals using a 90-degree peel test table. During the test, the rubber is peeled away from the metal substrate at a 90-degree angle at a speed of 50 millimeters per minute. This allows for the measurement of the adhesive strength between the rubber and the metal.
