Fatigue Testing on Automotive Seats
Different fatigue tests can be applied to test the structure and material of the seats. These can be standard fatigue tests, cyclic fatigue tests and multi-stage fatigue tests.
Compression Testing on Automotive Seats
Thanks to the advanced servo control, the seat compression test can be performed by applying loads in two or more directions using an actuator. The system has an integrated displacement and force measuring device to achieve the desired load and position.
Multiaxial Testing on Automotive Seats
Thanks to Raagen's experienced engineers and German origin DOLI software and controller, the application of single-axis and multi-axial tests to the seats is performed very precisely. With DOLI software, precise control of the machine, correct loading sequence and synchronization of all axes can be set during multiaxial testing.
Stiffness Measurement of Seats
The stiffness of the back of the seat is measured by applying a quasi-static load at a user-defined value. With the displacement sensor, the deformation of the seat is measured and recorded in different positions.
Seat Adjustments
By using electronic servo actuators, the settings of the seats such as height, position and inclination can be tested. Thanks to the user-specific DOLI software, synchronization of all actuators is easily achieved.
Data Record Continuity
Analyzes can be made about the deformation of the seat by seeing the orderly automatic recording of all the data requested during the test.

Thanks to the sled test, as a result of a front, side or rear collision, the seats, seat belts, primary and secondary safety measures of the vehicle are analyzed and their safety is determined. According to the results obtained, it is tested whether the parts comply with international standards.
