The Tractor Traction Test System

To perform drawbar test on an agricultural tractor as per OECD TEST Code.

A suitable tow bar will be provided to drawbar of a tractor adjustable from 150 mm – 1000 mm and
should be coupled to the steering system for turning ability of complete system around the test track.

Controls
- Stepless, Automatic / Manual controls to be provided to achieve a set load for drawbar performance
measurements. The control arrangement should have provision for observation corresponding to
rated engine speed, 15% wheel slip and maximum sustained pull etc.

The control cabinet should be fully air conditioned with modern Instrumentation panel for rapid
analysis of drawbar performance of an agriculture tractor. Sufficient space to be provided for
accommodation of all instrumentation and data acquisition system along with the seating
arrangement for Engineers and skilled Staff.

System for Determining the Vibration

Vibration analyzer (TRIAX ICP® three-axis seat cushion accelerometer in accordance with ISO 8041:2005 and ISO 10326-1):
-sensitivity: (±10%)100 mV/g (10.2 mV/(m/s²))
-measuring range: ±50 g peak electrical connector: built-in cable
Radar Doppler sensor:
-measuring range - 0.2-200 km/h;
-distance from the ground surface - 200-800 mm;
-signal output: TTL, analog;
-interface for RS232 distance and speed;
-power supply - 8 V32 V.

Data acquisition system
-16 analog measurement channels ± 0.125 - ± 10 V
-Sample rate 400 kHz (sum) 4 analog outputs of 16 bits ± 10 V;
-200 kHz sampling rate; 24 digital inputs and outputs;
-2×32-bit counter inputs;
-Cast aluminum housing;
-BNC connectors. Including driver

During the tests, all data will be displayed on the screen in real time. A secure laptop must be included.

Test Equipment for Circular Track with Data Acquisition System for Testing of Tractor Trailers

The tow truck of the test stand will be able to conveniently move the above load at a speed of 0.5-15 km/h. The movement will be transmitted to the ground by at two rubber wheels and a differential system. If necessary, load-bearing wheels will be added to withstand the load on the system.
The towing part will be able to move backwards to facilitate connection to trailers.
