Raagen Electromechanical Torsion Testing Machines
Raagen Electromechanical Torsion Test Equipments are designed to specify the torsional behavior of mettalic and nonmetallic material and torsion testers can be produced in different torque capacities.
Our torsion testing software initially measures the torque, angle, moment and calculates the maximum torque, torsional strength, torsional yield stregth, breaking angle, breaking torque, number of rotations as a result of the test.
The rotation angles adjustable according to different standards. Electromechanical driving is provided by high precision control unit and closed loop servo control.
The double linear guide design of the Raagen electromechanical torsion testing machine offers high torsional rigidity and low axial friction. Adjustable linear movable guide provide to using wide range of torsion test specimen length.
The Raagen electromechanical torsion tester's torque sensors, available in the 0.2 - 1000 Nm torque range, provide superior accuracy and zeroing capability. In addition, we also produce designs to meet higher torque capacities upon your requests, suitable for your special projects.
Doli T&M torsion testing software provides graphical data plots and can perform a wide variety of calculations on torque and angle data.
Torque cell protection device prevents damage to low capacity torque cells during test setup.
Locked safety guard protects operator from spinning drive by preventing testing while guard is on.
